Quality Management System
In 1998 the foundation Slovak Gold appraised the high precision reduction gear TwinSpin by the Slovak Golden Plaque. This appraisal was awarded for a newly patent technical solution in the field of mechanical engineering.
In december 1999 SPINEA complied with international criteria and it was awarded by the certificate ISO 9001 issued by the International Certification Company RWTUV. ISO 9001. It declares the quality not only in the production, but also in the development and the whole management. It is a very important appraisal considering the fact that SPINEA was awarded by this certificate only two years after the initiation of its production.
In november 2002 SPINEA passed through the procedure of recertification according to EN ISC 9001:2000 and it received the certificate ISO 9001:2000 and in 2011 received the certificate ISO 9001:2009 after actual recertification.
This international standard favours the acceptance of access procedure in preparation, implementation, improvement of efficiency of quality management, of the company management, improvement of satisfaction of a clients needs according to the demands gathered by us from the client.
The system of quality management checks all details of production in the factory SPINEA, starting with the documentation, research planning up to the final inspection of a finished product. Not only the high-tech product of the company SPINEA but also ISO certificates prove that SPINEA is a young but serious partner on the international market.
