         In the process of manufacturing the individual components of TwinSpin® reducers, we perform dimensional measurements on precision 3D measuring instruments from ZEISS, which guarantee correct, fast and accurate measurements. Geometric shape deviations are checked with special instruments from MAHR. The production, inspection, and storage areas are permanently air-conditioned to a stable temperature and humidity, which is strictly controlled. All processes affecting product quality require top skilled personnel, which guarantee long-term stable production quality.

                                                

                                                      Accurate bearing path measurement

      In the production process, all component measurements are recorded in an internal database and each component has its own birth certificate. This is also the reason why our company can meet special customer requirements.

      In new projects, communication with the customer is crucial. The customer can specify not only the accuracy requirements, but also the conditions in which the equipment will operate.

      Example of practice

      An example from practice, which shows the great importance of communication between the customer and the application engineer when setting the parameters of the reducer for a specific application:

Customers often demand even higher reducer accuracy (Lost Motion higher than standard). For this requirement, the mounting clearances on the components in the reducer need to be adjusted. Automatically, a concomitant phenomenon occurs i.e., an increase in internal friction, resistance, and starting torque of the reducer. This increased resistance is solved by additional measures that need to be continuously communicated to the customer.

         The assembly of the TwinSpin® precision bearing reducer is carried out using special procedures, trained personnel, and special jigs and tools. These measures prevent possible damage to the very sensitive bearing raceways and guarantee that the required parameters are achieved.

        If the TwinSpin® high-precision reducer is disassembled without the use of specialized tools, it is very likely that the components of the TwinSpin® high-precision reducer will be degraded, the service life will be shortened and the original parameters will be lost. After such intervention, SPINEA is unable to guarantee the correct operation of the bearing reducer or its parameters.
